CLAIMS – RETURNS

For any claim should be addressed to platt@plattregalos.com, indicating name and surname, contact telephone number, invoice number and reason for claim. Returns may be made within a minimum of seven business days to withdraw from the contract without penalty and no indication of the reasons If there is any damage to the packaging upon receipt, you must contact the transport agency within 24 hours.Patentes Platt, SL is not responsible for the damages produced during the transport of the products, as well as the possible delay in the delivery of the products, when it is due to causes not attributable to Patentes Platt, S.L.
